1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using our esports coaching platform, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our coaching services for games including CS:GO, League of Legends, Valorant, Dota 2, and Fortnite.
2. Eligibility and Account Security
You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent to participate in coaching sessions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
3. Coaching Services
Our platform connects students with professional esports coaches for personalized training sessions. We offer coaching for multiple competitive games with expert coaches who have proven track records in their respective games. Session pricing varies by coach expertise level, with packages available for 1-hour, 3-hour, and 5-hour sessions. All coaching sessions must be scheduled through our platform and are subject to coach availability.
4. Payment and Refunds
Payment for coaching sessions must be made in advance through our secure payment system. We accept major credit cards and approved payment methods. Refunds are available under specific circumstances: if a coach cancels a session with less than 24 hours notice, if technical issues prevent the session from occurring, or if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the session date.
5. User Conduct and Responsibilities
You agree to use our services in a respectful and appropriate manner. Prohibited behaviors include harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct toward coaches or other users. You must not share account credentials, attempt to manipulate ranking systems, or engage in any fraudulent activities. Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and coaching materials, is the property of our company or our licensed partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our express written permission. Game-specific strategies and techniques taught during sessions are for your personal improvement only and may not be commercially redistributed.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information. We collect and use your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. This includes information necessary to provide coaching services, process payments, and improve our platform. We may record coaching sessions for quality assurance purposes with your consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide high-quality coaching services, we cannot guarantee specific results or rank improvements. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. This includes but is not limited to loss of rank, tournament disqualifications, or any gaming-related setbacks.
9. Service Availability and Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or applicable laws. Continued use of our platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any unused session credits, except where refunds are specifically provided for in our refund policy.
